Parent/Guardian Consent & Minor Release

IMPORTANT: This agreement applies when a person under 18 years of age submits content to, appears in content submitted to, or participates as a creator on Vyral TV.

1. Parent or Guardian Authorization

I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor identified in the applicable Vyral TV submission (“Minor”) or otherwise have legal authority to provide the permissions contained in this agreement.

I consent to the Minor’s participation in the applicable Vyral TV content submission and distribution process.

2. Review of Vyral TV Agreements

I acknowledge that I have had an opportunity to review the Vyral TV Content Submission & Distribution Agreement associated with the Minor’s submission.

To the extent I have authority to do so, I approve the Minor’s participation and the permissions granted for the applicable submitted content.

3. Content Distribution

I authorize Vyral TV to host, technically process, stream, display, transmit, distribute, and promote approved content featuring the Minor as permitted by the applicable Content Submission & Distribution Agreement.

This may include distribution through Vyral TV websites, applications, connected-TV services, Roku, streaming devices, mobile and web experiences, Vyral TV programming feeds, and other authorized Vyral TV distribution channels.

4. Name, Image, Voice and Likeness

I authorize Vyral TV to use the Minor’s approved:

name and stage name;
photograph and image;
voice;
likeness;
performance;
biographical information;
video clips;
thumbnails;
approved artwork; and
other materials associated with the submitted content

for the purpose of presenting, identifying, distributing, advertising, and promoting the Minor’s approved content and Vyral TV.

5. Promotional Use

I understand that portions of approved content may be used in trailers, previews, promotional clips, social-media promotions, programming announcements, thumbnails, Vyral TV advertisements, and other promotional materials related to the content or Vyral TV.

6. Ownership

This consent does not transfer ownership of copyrights or other intellectual property lawfully owned by the Minor, parent/guardian, or another rights holder to Vyral TV.

Vyral TV receives only the rights granted through the applicable agreements.

7. Rights and Permissions

I represent, to the best of my knowledge and to the extent applicable, that I have disclosed any material restrictions affecting the Minor’s ability to participate or Vyral TV’s ability to distribute the submitted content.

I understand that separate permissions may be required from music owners, producers, photographers, videographers, performers, labels, publishers, or other rights holders.

8. Content Standards

I understand that content submitted for Vyral TV must comply with Vyral TV’s applicable content standards and submission requirements.

Vyral TV may reject or remove content that violates its agreements, published policies, distribution requirements, or applicable law.

9. Monetization

I understand that Vyral TV may operate a commercial streaming service supported by subscriptions, advertising, sponsorships, memberships, promotional placements, distribution arrangements, or other lawful revenue sources.

Submission of content does not itself guarantee compensation to the Minor.

If the Minor participates in a Vyral TV creator revenue program, additional monetization terms may apply and may require separate parent/guardian acceptance.

10. No Guarantee of Results

I understand that Vyral TV does not guarantee views, streams, followers, subscribers, publicity, sponsorships, career opportunities, sales, or earnings.

11. Removal

I may contact Vyral TV to request removal of content involving the Minor.

Valid requests will be handled in accordance with the applicable Vyral TV agreements, applicable law, technical processing requirements, and legitimate record-retention obligations.

12. Privacy

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY:

Additional privacy and parental-consent procedures may apply when a child is under 13 years of age.

This Parent/Guardian Consent & Minor Release is not intended by itself to replace any separate verifiable parental consent process required under applicable children’s privacy law.

13. Electronic Records

I consent to conducting this transaction electronically.

I understand that Vyral TV may maintain records associated with my acceptance, including the agreement version, acceptance date and time, my submitted identifying/contact information, electronic signature or affirmative acceptance, and information identifying the applicable content submission.

14. Parent/Guardian Certification

By electronically signing or affirmatively accepting this agreement, I certify that:

I am the Minor’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have legal authority to provide this consent;
I have read this Parent/Guardian Consent & Minor Release;
I consent to the Minor’s participation as described above;
I authorize the uses described in this agreement;
the information I provide is accurate to the best of my knowledge; and
I intend my electronic acceptance to evidence my agreement to these terms.

15. Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies, the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Relationship to Other Vyral TV Agreements

This agreement supplements the Vyral TV Content Submission & Distribution Agreement and other applicable Vyral TV terms.

If additional consent is legally required for a particular activity, Vyral TV may require that consent before permitting the Minor to participate in that activity.
