VYRAL TV ACCOUNTS

CREATOR & CHANNEL INFORMATION

Creators may provide information such as a creator name, stage name, channel name, biography, profile image, artwork, social-media links, website links, audience information, show information, content descriptions, and other information associated with their creator profile or channel.

Certain creator and channel information is intended for public display. For example, approved creator names, channel names, biographies, artwork, thumbnails, show information, and promotional information may appear through Vyral TV streaming and promotional services.

CONTENT SUBMISSIONS

When you submit content to Vyral TV, we may collect the submitted video, audio, thumbnail, artwork, title, description, category information, rights information, participant information, and other information included with the submission.

We may process submitted content for review, storage, encoding, transcoding, distribution, programming, rights administration, promotion, monetization, analytics, and other purposes authorized under the applicable Vyral TV agreements.

Content intended for distribution through Vyral TV may become publicly available through Vyral TV and authorized distribution platforms.

Eligible creators may be asked to provide information necessary to receive creator payouts.

Depending on the payment method and applicable legal requirements, this may include a legal name, address, payment information, banking information, business information, identity-verification information, or tax information.

Vyral TV and its payment providers may use this information to verify eligibility, process payments, maintain payment records, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable tax or legal obligations.

VIEWING, STREAMING & ANALYTICS DATA

Creators should not include sensitive personal information in public-facing creator profiles or content descriptions unless publication is necessary and appropriate.

Vyral TV uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
