VYRAL TV ACCESSIBILITY
ACCESS FOR EVERYONE
Vyral TV is committed to improving the accessibility and usability of its digital experiences for viewers, creators, families, and members of the community.
Effective September 29, 2026 • Version 1.0
ENTERTAINMENT SHOULD BE ACCESSIBLE.
We aim to provide digital experiences that can be used by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. As Vyral TV grows, we intend to continue evaluating and improving accessibility across our website, creator tools, and streaming experiences.
OUR ACCESSIBILITY GOAL
Vyral TV is working to make its website and digital services accessible and usable across a variety of devices, browsers, assistive technologies, and user needs.
Accessibility is an ongoing process, particularly as Vyral TV adds new content, creator features, streaming services, and third-party technology.
ACCESSIBILITY STANDARDS
Where reasonably practicable, Vyral TV aims to improve its digital experiences with recognized accessibility principles in mind, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
These guidelines address areas such as readable content, keyboard navigation, text alternatives, contrast, structure, and compatibility with assistive technologies.
WEBSITE ACCESSIBILITY
As the Vyral TV website develops, we aim to consider accessibility in areas such as navigation, forms, headings, buttons, links, text visibility, color contrast, responsive layouts, and keyboard access.
Because the website may change frequently during development and expansion, some areas may not always perform consistently across every browser, device, or assistive technology.
VIDEO CONTENT
Vyral TV distributes programming submitted by independent creators and may also distribute original or commissioned programming. Accessibility features available for individual programs may vary.
Where available, accessibility features may include captions, subtitles, transcripts, audio descriptions, or other accessibility support.
Because some programming is supplied by independent creators, Vyral TV may not control whether every submitted program initially includes captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, or similar features.
CAPTIONS & SUBTITLES
Creators may be asked to identify whether captions or subtitles are available for submitted programming.
Vyral TV may encourage, request, require, add, or facilitate captioning or other accessibility features when appropriate for particular content, distribution methods, platform requirements, or applicable legal obligations.
CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY
Creators are responsible for providing accurate information about the accessibility features included with their submitted content.
Creators should not represent content as captioned, subtitled, audio-described, or otherwise accessibility-enabled unless those features are actually available.
FORMS & CREATOR TOOLS
Vyral TV uses online forms and account tools for creator registration, content submissions, channel information, billing, and other services.
We aim to make these tools reasonably usable with common browsers, devices, and accessibility technologies as the platform develops.
If an accessibility issue prevents someone from completing an important Vyral TV form or process, they may contact Vyral TV for assistance or an alternative method where reasonably available.
MOBILE & RESPONSIVE ACCESS
Vyral TV aims for its website to function across common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
Accessibility and functionality may vary depending on the user’s device, operating system, browser settings, screen size, internet connection, and assistive technology.
THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Vyral TV may use or integrate third-party services for streaming, payments, forms, hosting, analytics, account management, video delivery, connected-TV distribution, and other functionality.
Vyral TV may also distribute programming through Roku and other third-party platforms.
Accessibility features provided directly by those third parties may be controlled by the applicable provider and may be subject to that provider’s accessibility practices and technology.
ACCESSIBILITY FEEDBACK
We welcome reports about accessibility barriers encountered while using Vyral TV.
When reporting an accessibility problem, please provide enough information for us to understand and investigate the issue, including the page or feature involved and a description of the problem.
Contact Vyral TV using the contact method provided on the Vyral TV website and identify your message as an accessibility request.
ALTERNATIVE ACCESS
When reasonably possible, Vyral TV may attempt to provide an alternative method for accessing information or completing an important process when a digital accessibility barrier prevents normal use.
The available alternative may depend on the content, service, technology, and nature of the request.
ONGOING IMPROVEMENT
Accessibility is not a one-time project. Vyral TV expects its website, streaming services, creator tools, and programming library to continue developing.
We may review accessibility issues, update technology, improve content presentation, and modify our practices as the platform grows.
CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT
Vyral TV may update this Accessibility Statement as its technology, services, accessibility practices, or applicable requirements develop.
The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.
