CREATOR MONETIZATION & REVENUE TERMS

ELIGIBILITY

Creator monetization is available only to creators, channels, accounts, and content that Vyral TV determines are eligible for monetization.

Eligibility may depend on the creator’s account or plan type, content approval status, compliance with Vyral TV policies, ownership or licensing rights, advertiser requirements, distribution-platform requirements, payment requirements, and other applicable standards.

Creating a Vyral TV account, purchasing a creator plan, creating a channel, or submitting content does not automatically make a creator or content eligible for monetization and does not guarantee revenue.

ADVERTISING REVENUE

For eligible advertising revenue actually received by Vyral TV and attributable to approved creator content, the revenue share is:

Creator earnings are calculated from eligible revenue actually received by Vyral TV after applicable refunds, chargebacks, taxes, third-party platform deductions, payment-processing adjustments, invalid traffic, and other amounts that are not eligible for creator revenue sharing.

SUBSCRIBER REVENUE

When Vyral TV identifies eligible subscription or viewer revenue attributable to a creator’s approved content or channel, the revenue share is:

The method used to attribute subscriber revenue may depend on available viewing, watch-time, engagement, subscription, channel, or other reporting data.

Vyral TV may use reasonable attribution methods when subscriber revenue cannot be directly associated with a single piece of content.

TIPS & DONATIONS

If Vyral TV introduces creator tipping, donations, or similar direct-support features, eligible amounts may be shared as follows:

Payment-processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, third-party platform fees, or other applicable deductions may be applied before an amount becomes eligible creator revenue.

NO GUARANTEED PAY PER VIEW

Vyral TV does not guarantee a fixed dollar amount per view, stream, impression, watch minute, subscriber, follower, or other audience metric.

Views, watch time, and engagement may be used to help attribute eligible revenue, but creator earnings are based on actual eligible revenue received by Vyral TV and attributable to approved creator content.

CREATOR ACCOUNTS & PLANS

Vyral TV may offer free and paid creator accounts, plans, channels, submission services, and other creator features.

Creator plan fees, channel fees, setup fees, promotional fees, and similar amounts paid to obtain or maintain Vyral TV creator services are fees paid to Vyral TV and are not creator revenue.

These fees are not included in creator revenue-sharing calculations. Purchasing a plan does not guarantee views, revenue, monetization approval, subscriber growth, or earnings.

CHANNEL PRO PRIORITY PLACEMENT

Vyral TV Channel Pro may include priority consideration for Roku channel placement, Vyral TV homepage exposure, featured areas, and increased visibility across Vyral TV.

Priority placement is a Channel Pro plan benefit and is not creator revenue. Placement may rotate among eligible Pro channels and does not guarantee permanent positioning, a specific number of impressions, views, subscribers, or earnings.

FEATURED PLACEMENT & PROMOTIONAL SERVICES

Amounts paid for featured placement, advertising, promotional positioning, marketing services, or similar Vyral TV promotional services are Vyral TV revenue and are not included in creator revenue-sharing calculations unless Vyral TV expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

PAYOUT SCHEDULE

Eligible creator payouts are processed monthly after applicable revenue has been received, attributed, verified, and finalized by Vyral TV.

A creator must have at least $25 in eligible unpaid earnings before a payout is issued. If the eligible balance is below $25, it rolls forward until the minimum payout threshold is reached.

PAYOUT INFORMATION

Creators are responsible for providing accurate payout information and maintaining current payment details.

Vyral TV may require identity, tax, payment, banking, or business information when necessary to process payments or comply with applicable law or payment-provider requirements.

Payouts may be delayed if required information is incomplete, inaccurate, expired, or cannot be verified.

REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS & ADJUSTMENTS

Vyral TV may adjust creator earnings when revenue is refunded, reversed, charged back, determined to be fraudulent, generated through invalid traffic, incorrectly attributed, duplicated, or otherwise determined not to constitute eligible revenue.

If an adjustment occurs after a payout has been issued, the applicable amount may be deducted from future creator earnings where permitted.

CONTENT RIGHTS & REVENUE ELIGIBILITY

Creators must own or have all rights, licenses, permissions, releases, and clearances necessary to submit, distribute, and monetize their content through Vyral TV.

Content involving unauthorized copyrighted material, music, footage, trademarks, performances, images, or other protected material may be rejected, removed, restricted, or excluded from monetization.

Creators remain responsible for obtaining any permissions or licenses required for their submitted content.

REMOVAL FROM MONETIZATION

Vyral TV may suspend or remove content, channels, or creator accounts from monetization when reasonably necessary because of policy violations, rights disputes, fraudulent activity, invalid traffic, advertiser requirements, distribution-platform requirements, or violations of Vyral TV agreements or standards.

Revenue determined to be invalid or ineligible may be excluded from creator earnings.

REPORTING & EARNINGS DATA

Creator dashboards and earnings reports may display estimated, pending, or finalized revenue information.

Pending and estimated amounts are not final and may change as revenue information is received, processed, attributed, verified, adjusted, and finalized.

Vyral TV’s finalized records of eligible revenue and payouts will control in the event of a discrepancy with preliminary dashboard information, subject to correction of verified errors.

CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR TAXES

Creators are responsible for determining and satisfying their own tax obligations relating to creator earnings, except for amounts Vyral TV is required by law to report, collect, deduct, or withhold.

Vyral TV may request tax documentation before issuing payments when required by law or by an applicable payment provider.

NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS

Participation in the Vyral TV creator program does not guarantee any particular amount of revenue, advertising demand, subscribers, views, watch time, sponsorship opportunities, tips, or other earnings.

Creator earnings may vary based on actual eligible revenue, audience activity, advertising availability, distribution, content performance, platform requirements, and other factors.

CHANGES TO THE MONETIZATION PROGRAM

Vyral TV may update monetization features, revenue sources, payout methods, attribution methods, eligibility requirements, creator-plan benefits, or these terms as the network and its monetization systems develop.

Material changes will apply according to the updated terms made available by Vyral TV and any notice or acceptance required by applicable law or agreement.
