REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

SCOPE OF THIS POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to eligible purchases made directly through Vyral TV, including creator plans, creator channels, promotional services, featured placements, and other paid Vyral TV services.

Purchases made through a third-party platform or payment provider may also be subject to that provider’s applicable billing, refund, or cancellation procedures.

CREATOR PLANS

Vyral TV currently offers free and paid creator options that may include:

The applicable checkout page will identify the price, billing frequency, and other purchase terms for a paid plan before the purchase is completed.

RECURRING BILLING

When a paid Vyral TV service is identified at checkout as recurring, the payment method provided may be charged automatically at the applicable renewal interval until the recurring service is canceled.

The applicable price and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate and current payment information for recurring services.

CANCELING A RECURRING PLAN

A creator may cancel an eligible recurring Vyral TV plan using the cancellation method provided through the creator’s account or another cancellation method made available by Vyral TV.

Cancellation generally stops the plan from renewing for another billing period.

ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION

Unless otherwise stated for a particular service, cancellation of a recurring creator plan generally takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period.

The creator may continue to have access to applicable paid-plan features through the remainder of that paid period, subject to Vyral TV’s Terms of Service and other applicable agreements.

After the paid period ends, access to paid-plan features may be removed, reduced, or changed to features available under an eligible free account.

REFUND REQUESTS

A user who believes a charge was made in error or who has another basis for requesting a refund may contact Vyral TV using the contact method provided on the Vyral TV website.

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase, the service purchased, whether fulfillment or performance has begun, any applicable checkout terms, and applicable law.

Submitting a refund request does not itself guarantee that a refund will be issued.

DUPLICATE OR INCORRECT CHARGES

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or charged an amount different from the amount presented during checkout, contact Vyral TV promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

If Vyral TV confirms that a billing error occurred, Vyral TV may correct the transaction or issue an appropriate refund or credit.

CREATOR PLAN FEES

Creator plan fees provide access to the features and services associated with the applicable plan during the applicable billing period.

Purchasing a creator plan does not guarantee content approval, publication, distribution, views, subscribers, audience growth, monetization approval, advertising revenue, or creator earnings.

A creator’s dissatisfaction with content performance, audience response, views, subscriber growth, or earnings does not by itself establish that a billing error occurred.

CHANNEL FEES

Fees associated with creating, activating, maintaining, or operating a Vyral TV creator channel are separate from creator revenue and may be subject to the specific terms presented when the channel service is purchased.

If channel setup, configuration, review, or other requested work has already begun, that may be considered when Vyral TV reviews a refund request.

FEATURED VIDEO & PROMOTIONAL SERVICES

Vyral TV may offer optional paid promotional services, including featured-video placement, promotional positioning, homepage exposure, advertising, or other promotional opportunities.

Availability, dates, placement, duration, and other details may depend on the promotional service selected.

If a creator requests cancellation before Vyral TV has begun or committed resources to the promotional service, Vyral TV may review the request for cancellation or refund.

Once a scheduled promotion has begun, been delivered, or resources have been committed to the requested placement, the applicable promotional fee may be non-refundable except where required by law or where Vyral TV fails to provide the purchased service.

SCHEDULED PROMOTIONAL DATES

Certain promotional services may require the purchaser to select or request a promotional date.

Availability is not guaranteed until the requested placement has been confirmed through the applicable Vyral TV process.

Requests to change a confirmed promotional date should be submitted as early as possible. Vyral TV may approve a date change when another eligible placement date is available.

CONTENT REJECTION OR REMOVAL

Vyral TV may reject, restrict, or remove content that does not meet applicable technical requirements, content standards, rights requirements, platform requirements, or Vyral TV agreements.

Purchasing a creator plan does not guarantee that every submitted piece of content will be approved.

If a creator purchased a plan and content is later rejected or removed because the creator did not satisfy applicable content, rights, or policy requirements, the plan fee is not automatically refundable.

SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED ACCOUNTS

If an account or service is suspended or terminated because of a material violation of Vyral TV’s Terms of Service, content standards, rights requirements, fraud rules, payment requirements, or other applicable agreements, amounts previously paid are not automatically refundable.

Nothing in this section limits any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

Some Vyral TV-related purchases may be processed, billed, or sold through a third-party platform or service.

When a third party controls the transaction, refund and cancellation requests may need to be submitted directly through that provider.

Vyral TV cannot guarantee that it can directly reverse a transaction processed and controlled by an independent third-party platform.

CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe a Vyral TV charge is incorrect, you are encouraged to contact Vyral TV so the transaction can be reviewed.

Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes, including disputes involving services that were knowingly purchased and provided, may result in account restrictions where permitted by law and applicable payment rules.

Nothing in this policy limits a consumer’s lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge with their payment provider.

CREATOR EARNINGS ARE SEPARATE

Creator earnings and creator payouts are separate from amounts paid by creators for Vyral TV plans, channels, promotional services, or other purchases.

Cancellation of a creator plan does not automatically eliminate eligible creator earnings that were validly earned and finalized before cancellation.

Creator earnings remain subject to Vyral TV’s Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms.

HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED

When Vyral TV approves a refund, the refund will generally be returned through the original payment method or another method permitted by the applicable payment provider.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor, financial institution, payment method, or third-party platform.

PRICE CHANGES

Vyral TV may change prices for future purchases or future billing periods.

Changes to recurring-plan pricing will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any notice or consent requirements that apply to the affected subscription.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Vyral TV may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy as its plans, promotional services, payment systems, or legal requirements change.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version.

Changes will apply subject to applicable law and any contractual terms governing purchases already completed.
