VYRAL TV COMMUNITY
COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
Vyral TV is built for creators, storytellers, entertainers, families, and audiences. These Community Guidelines explain the standards for content submitted to or distributed through Vyral TV.
Effective September 29, 2026 • Version 1.0
CREATE BOLDLY. CREATE RESPONSIBLY.
We want Vyral TV to be a place where creators can be original, entertaining, expressive, and creative while respecting their audience, other creators, intellectual-property rights, and the law.
WHO THESE GUIDELINES APPLY TO
These Community Guidelines apply to content submitted to, uploaded for, promoted through, or distributed by Vyral TV, including creator channels and programming available through Vyral TV websites, streaming applications, connected-TV services, Roku, promotional platforms, and other authorized distribution channels.
Creators are responsible for ensuring that their content complies with these Guidelines and any additional Vyral TV agreements or category-specific requirements that apply.
ORIGINAL & AUTHORIZED CONTENT
Only submit content that you own or are legally authorized to submit, distribute, and monetize.
Creators are responsible for obtaining all required permissions, licenses, releases, and clearances before submitting content.
Make sure you have permission to use the music, video footage, photographs, artwork, performances, trademarks, and other protected material included in your content.
COPYRIGHTED MUSIC & MEDIA
Do not submit copyrighted music, television footage, movie footage, photographs, graphics, recordings, or other protected material unless you own the applicable rights or have authorization to use and distribute the material.
Giving credit to the original owner does not by itself create permission to use copyrighted material.
Content may be rejected, restricted, demonetized, muted, disabled, or removed if Vyral TV receives a credible rights complaint or reasonably determines that necessary rights may be missing.
SEXUALLY EXPLICIT CONTENT
Vyral TV does not permit pornography or sexually explicit content that violates Vyral TV programming standards.
Content containing sexual themes, mature discussions, or other age-sensitive material may be restricted, categorized, declined, or subject to additional review depending on context and applicable distribution-platform requirements.
Content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors is prohibited.
CHILD SAFETY
Vyral TV may distribute programming featuring children and teens. Creators must follow applicable laws and obtain required parent, guardian, participant, location, and production permissions.
Content must not exploit, sexualize, endanger, groom, abuse, or inappropriately expose minors.
Creators should avoid unnecessarily displaying sensitive information about minors, including home addresses, school schedules, private contact information, financial information, or other information that could create an unreasonable safety risk.
Vyral TV may take additional precautions when reviewing content featuring minors.
VIOLENCE & DANGEROUS CONTENT
Vyral TV may restrict or reject graphic violence, gore, content encouraging real-world violence, or content that presents an unreasonable risk of serious physical harm.
Fictional, documentary, educational, newsworthy, or artistic content involving violence may be evaluated according to context, presentation, audience, and applicable platform requirements.
Creators should not encourage viewers, particularly children, to participate in dangerous challenges or activities likely to cause serious injury.
HARASSMENT & THREATS
Content may not be used to make credible threats of violence, coordinate unlawful harassment, expose private personal information for the purpose of facilitating harm, or repeatedly target an individual with abusive conduct that violates applicable law or Vyral TV policies.
Criticism, commentary, disagreement, satire, entertainment, and discussion are not automatically considered harassment simply because another person dislikes the content.
HATEFUL CONTENT
Vyral TV may reject or remove content that promotes or advocates violence or unlawful discrimination against people based on protected characteristics under applicable law.
Documentary, educational, historical, artistic, or newsworthy discussion of hateful conduct may be evaluated differently when the purpose is to report on, criticize, educate about, or document the subject rather than promote it.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
Creators may not use Vyral TV to facilitate, coordinate, sell, or promote unlawful goods, services, or activity in violation of applicable law.
Content discussing crime, public safety, documentaries, fictional storylines, news, education, or personal experiences may be allowed depending on context.
FRAUD, SCAMS & DECEPTIVE ACTIVITY
Creators may not use Vyral TV to impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes, operate scams, collect money through materially false claims, distribute malicious links, or intentionally deceive users in connection with financial transactions.
Creators must accurately represent their identity, ownership, authority, and content rights when required by Vyral TV.
FAKE VIEWS & MONETIZATION MANIPULATION
Creators may not artificially manipulate views, watch time, advertising impressions, clicks, subscribers, engagement, creator earnings, or other platform metrics through bots, automated traffic, click farms, fraudulent accounts, or similar deceptive methods.
Revenue associated with fraudulent or invalid activity may be excluded from creator earnings under Vyral TV’s Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms.
PRIVACY
Creators should respect the privacy rights of participants and other individuals appearing in their content.
Do not publish another person’s highly sensitive private information for malicious purposes or in violation of applicable law.
Creators are responsible for obtaining participant releases or other permissions when required for their production and distribution.
MUSIC VIDEOS
Music creators must own or have appropriate authorization for the recording, composition, beat, sample, footage, artwork, performances, and other material included in submitted music videos.
Music submissions may be rejected or removed if required rights cannot be established.
Submitting a song or music video to Vyral TV does not transfer ownership of the creator’s content to Vyral TV.
PODCASTS
Podcast creators are responsible for obtaining appropriate permission for music, clips, guests, recordings, artwork, and other third-party material included in their programming.
Podcast discussions may include opinions, interviews, commentary, entertainment, or mature topics, but content remains subject to applicable Vyral TV standards.
MOVIES, SERIES & SHOWS
Filmmakers and producers are responsible for securing applicable rights and releases for their productions, including actors, performers, locations, music, footage, artwork, and other protected material.
Vyral TV may request additional information regarding ownership, distribution rights, ratings, content descriptions, or participant permissions before approving a production.
REALITY CONTENT
Reality programming must comply with the same content, rights, privacy, and participant standards that apply to other Vyral TV programming.
Creators should obtain appropriate participant authorization and should not intentionally place participants in unlawful or unreasonably dangerous situations for the purpose of creating content.
LIVE CONTENT
Live programming may be subject to additional technical, moderation, scheduling, delay, or approval requirements.
Because live programming cannot always be reviewed before distribution, Vyral TV may require additional safeguards before approving creators for live streaming.
Vyral TV may interrupt or terminate a live stream when reasonably necessary to address serious policy, rights, safety, technical, or legal concerns.
KIDS & FAMILY CONTENT
Content categorized as Kids & Family should be appropriate for the audience represented by that category and comply with applicable child-safety requirements.
Vyral TV may apply additional programming, advertising, privacy, or promotional requirements to content directed toward children.
A creator’s selection of the Kids & Family category does not replace the creator’s responsibility to accurately describe the content and comply with applicable requirements.
THUMBNAILS, TITLES & DESCRIPTIONS
Thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and promotional materials should reasonably represent the content being submitted.
Creators should not use intentionally misleading thumbnails or descriptions to impersonate another creator or materially misrepresent what viewers are about to watch.
Thumbnails must also comply with applicable content standards.
SPONSORED CONTENT & PRODUCT PLACEMENT
Creators are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, sponsorship, and disclosure requirements when their content contains paid promotions, endorsements, or sponsored relationships.
Vyral TV may require additional disclosure or labeling when reasonably necessary for platform, advertiser, or legal compliance.
CONTENT RATINGS & AUDIENCE INFORMATION
Creators should provide accurate information requested by Vyral TV about content ratings, audience suitability, language, mature themes, runtime, captions, and other programming details.
Vyral TV may change programming categories, labels, or placement when reasonably necessary to accurately organize or distribute content.
TECHNICAL QUALITY
Submitted content must meet applicable technical requirements for playback and distribution.
Vyral TV may decline content that is corrupted, incomplete, unplayable, excessively low quality, incorrectly formatted, missing required assets, or otherwise unsuitable for reliable distribution.
Technical rejection does not necessarily mean the creator violated these Community Guidelines. Creators may be permitted to correct technical issues and resubmit content.
CONTENT REVIEW
Vyral TV may review submitted content before or after publication to evaluate compliance with technical requirements, content standards, rights requirements, advertiser requirements, distribution-platform requirements, and Vyral TV agreements.
Approval of one submission does not guarantee approval of future submissions.
CONTENT REMOVAL
Vyral TV may restrict, disable, demonetize, or remove content when reasonably necessary because of a rights complaint, legal requirement, platform requirement, safety concern, material policy violation, fraud, invalid traffic, or material breach of an applicable agreement.
Where appropriate, Vyral TV may allow a creator to correct an issue or provide additional documentation.
REPEATED OR SERIOUS VIOLATIONS
Repeated or serious violations may result in restrictions on submissions, monetization, promotional opportunities, channel features, or account access.
Severe violations may result in immediate action when reasonably necessary to protect users, rights holders, Vyral TV, distribution partners, or the public.
REPORTING CONTENT
Users, creators, participants, or rights holders who believe content on Vyral TV violates these Guidelines or their legal rights may contact Vyral TV through the contact method provided on the Vyral TV website.
Reports should identify the applicable content and clearly explain the concern so Vyral TV can review the issue.
Submitting a report does not automatically mean the reported content will be removed. Vyral TV may review the context, available information, applicable agreements, and legal requirements before taking action.
CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES
Vyral TV may update these Community Guidelines as its programming, creator services, distribution platforms, technology, or legal requirements develop.
The effective date displayed at the top of this page identifies the current version.
