PLATFORM DISCLAIMER

CREATOR CONTENT

Vyral TV may distribute programming created or supplied by independent creators, producers, filmmakers, musicians, podcasters, influencers, channel operators, and other third parties.

Unless specifically identified otherwise, creator-submitted content does not necessarily represent the views, opinions, positions, or recommendations of Vyral TV or Asia’s Closet Angels.

NO AUTOMATIC ENDORSEMENT

The appearance of a creator, guest, product, organization, brand, business, sponsor, advertiser, or other third party on Vyral TV does not automatically mean that Vyral TV endorses that person, organization, product, service, statement, or viewpoint.

Similarly, distribution of creator content does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of every statement made within that content.

CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY

Creators are responsible for the content they submit and for complying with applicable Vyral TV agreements, policies, rights requirements, and laws.

Creators are also responsible for securing necessary permissions, licenses, releases, and other rights associated with their content.

CONTENT REVIEW DOES NOT CREATE A GUARANTEE

Vyral TV may review content before or after publication, but review or approval does not constitute a guarantee that content is free from every legal, factual, copyright, trademark, privacy, contractual, or other issue.

Creators remain responsible for their submitted content even when Vyral TV has approved it for distribution.

NO GUARANTEED DISTRIBUTION

Content may be subject to review, technical requirements, distribution availability, content standards, rights requirements, and other applicable Vyral TV policies.

NO GUARANTEED VIEWS OR AUDIENCE

Vyral TV does not guarantee any creator or program a specific number of viewers, plays, impressions, followers, subscribers, watch hours, engagements, or audience members.

Audience performance may vary significantly between creators, programs, channels, categories, and distribution platforms.

NO GUARANTEED CREATOR EARNINGS

Creator earnings may depend on eligible revenue actually generated, audience activity, advertiser demand, subscriber activity, valid transactions, applicable revenue-sharing terms, and other factors.

Creator monetization is governed by the Vyral TV Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms.

NO PAY-PER-VIEW GUARANTEE

A video view or stream does not automatically generate a fixed payment to a creator.

Creator earnings are based on applicable eligible monetization activity and the terms of the applicable Vyral TV monetization program.

PROMOTIONAL PLACEMENT

Vyral TV may offer featured placement, promotional placement, homepage visibility, connected-TV consideration, or other promotional opportunities.

Purchasing or receiving promotional placement does not guarantee views, subscribers, engagement, advertiser interest, sponsorships, sales, or creator earnings.

CHANNEL PRO

Vyral TV Channel Pro may include priority consideration for certain promotional opportunities, including potential featured, homepage, Roku, or other placement where available.

Priority consideration does not guarantee permanent placement, a particular position, a specific number of impressions, or any particular audience or financial result.

ADVERTISING

Vyral TV does not guarantee that advertisements will be available for every creator, channel, program, view, or viewing session.

Advertising availability may depend on advertiser demand, distribution method, content category, audience, technical capabilities, applicable policies, and other factors.

SPONSORS & ADVERTISERS

ROKU & CONNECTED-TV PLATFORMS

Vyral TV may distribute programming through Roku and other connected-TV or third-party platforms.

References to Roku or another third-party platform do not imply that the third party guarantees, sponsors, endorses, or assumes responsibility for Vyral TV unless expressly stated by that third party.

Third-party platforms may independently change their technology, policies, requirements, availability, features, or distribution terms.

STREAMING AVAILABILITY

Vyral TV aims to provide reliable access to its available services, but continuous or uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Streaming or website availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet connectivity, hosting providers, distribution partners, device compatibility, technical failures, security events, or circumstances outside Vyral TV’s reasonable control.

Vyral TV may use moderation, delay technology, restrictions, monitoring, or other safeguards where appropriate, but no system can guarantee prevention of every unexpected live event.

MINORS & FAMILY CONTENT

Vyral TV may provide content intended for kids, teens, families, and general audiences.

Audience labels and content information are intended to assist viewers but cannot account for every family’s preferences or every child’s individual maturity level.

NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
