ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

WHO THIS POLICY APPLIES TO

This policy applies to anyone who accesses or uses Vyral TV services, including viewers, creators, parents or guardians managing accounts for minors, channel operators, representatives, advertisers, and other authorized users.

Use of Vyral TV is also subject to the Terms of Service and any additional agreement or policy applicable to a particular service.

LAWFUL USE

Vyral TV services may not be used to engage in, promote, facilitate, or knowingly support activity that violates applicable law.

Users are responsible for complying with laws and regulations that apply to their use of Vyral TV.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

Users must not knowingly provide materially false information when creating or managing an account, channel, submission, billing profile, payout profile, or other Vyral TV service.

Users may not create accounts for fraudulent purposes or use another person’s account without appropriate authorization.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their login credentials and account access.

Users may not knowingly obtain, steal, collect, sell, distribute, or misuse another user’s passwords, authentication credentials, security codes, or private account-access information.

NO UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS

Users also may not attempt to bypass authentication, security controls, account restrictions, access limits, or other technical protections without authorization.

NO MALICIOUS TECHNOLOGY

Users may not knowingly upload, distribute, transmit, or introduce malicious code through Vyral TV.

This includes malicious:

• viruses;
• malware;
• ransomware;
• spyware;
• harmful scripts;
• destructive files; or
• other technology intended to damage or compromise systems.

DO NOT DISRUPT THE PLATFORM

Users may not intentionally interfere with or disrupt Vyral TV services, servers, networks, streaming systems, creator tools, submission systems, or other infrastructure.

This includes intentionally overwhelming systems or engaging in activity designed to materially degrade platform availability for other users.

NO FRAUD

Vyral TV may not be used to conduct fraudulent, deceptive, or materially misleading schemes.

This includes attempts to obtain:

• money through fraudulent representations;
• creator earnings through fake activity;
• services through payment fraud;
• another person’s account or financial information;
• unauthorized refunds or chargebacks; or
• other benefits through intentional deception.

NO FAKE VIEWS OR ENGAGEMENT

Prohibited methods may include:

• bots;
• automated viewing systems;
• click farms;
• fake accounts;
• fraudulent traffic;
• automated ad interaction; or
• coordinated manipulation intended to create invalid activity.

NO PAYMENT OR PAYOUT MANIPULATION

Users may not manipulate billing, payment, refund, payout, or creator-revenue systems.

Users may not knowingly provide false payment or payout information, redirect another creator’s earnings, use stolen payment information, or otherwise misuse Vyral TV financial systems.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Users may not use Vyral TV to knowingly distribute content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.

Creators are responsible for obtaining required rights, licenses, permissions, and releases for submitted content.

Copyright complaints are addressed under the Vyral TV Copyright & DMCA Policy.

IMPERSONATION

Users may not impersonate another person, creator, business, brand, organization, or Vyral TV representative for fraudulent or materially deceptive purposes.

Parody, commentary, or similar expressive content may be evaluated based on context and applicable law, but users should not materially misrepresent an account as officially belonging to someone else.

HARASSMENT & THREATS

Users may not use Vyral TV services to engage in prohibited harassment, credible threats, targeted abuse, stalking, or other conduct that violates Vyral TV’s Community Guidelines.

Disagreements, criticism, commentary, or competition between creators do not justify threats or targeted abuse.

PRIVACY

Users may not misuse Vyral TV to maliciously expose, steal, distribute, or exploit highly sensitive private information about another person.

Creators must also follow applicable privacy and consent requirements when recording or submitting content involving other individuals.

CHILD SAFETY

Users may not use Vyral TV to solicit inappropriate interactions with minors or facilitate prohibited exploitation of children.

Content involving minors is also subject to applicable parent or guardian consent requirements and Vyral TV child-safety policies.

SPAM & ABUSIVE AUTOMATION

Users may not use Vyral TV systems to distribute excessive unsolicited messages, repetitive spam, malicious links, deceptive promotions, or abusive automated activity.

Reasonable authorized automation used for legitimate platform functions may be permitted when supported by Vyral TV.

SCRAPING & AUTOMATED ACCESS

Users may not use unauthorized automated methods to access, copy, scrape, extract, harvest, or collect Vyral TV data or content in a manner that materially interferes with the platform, violates rights, bypasses access controls, or violates applicable law.

Authorized integrations, search indexing, or other automated services may be permitted when approved or technically supported by Vyral TV.

DO NOT CIRCUMVENT RESTRICTIONS

Users may not intentionally create or use additional accounts, technical methods, or other workarounds primarily to evade an active Vyral TV suspension, restriction, enforcement action, payment limitation, or content restriction.

CREATOR SUBMISSIONS

Submission systems must be used for legitimate content submissions and creator activities.

Users may not intentionally overload submission systems, repeatedly submit malicious files, abuse file-upload features, or use creator tools for purposes unrelated to their intended function.

ADVERTISING & COMMERCIAL USE

Advertising, sponsorships, paid promotions, and other commercial activity must comply with the Vyral TV Advertising & Sponsorship Policy and applicable law.

Users may not use Vyral TV to promote fraudulent businesses, deceptive offers, or other prohibited commercial activity.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Vyral TV may integrate with or distribute through third-party services, including streaming, payment, hosting, analytics, advertising, and connected-TV providers.

Users may also be required to comply with applicable third-party terms when using those services.

INVESTIGATIONS

Vyral TV may review reports, account information, content, transactions, technical information, or other relevant records when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected violations, fraud, security concerns, rights complaints, or safety issues.

Any handling of personal information remains subject to applicable law and the Vyral TV Privacy Policy.

ENFORCEMENT

Depending on the circumstances, Vyral TV may respond to violations with actions including:

• requests to correct an issue;
• warnings;
• removal or restriction of content;
• limitations on creator features;
• demonetization of ineligible activity;
• adjustment of invalid earnings;
• temporary account suspension;
• termination of accounts or channels; or
• other action permitted under applicable agreements or law.

Vyral TV may consider the nature, severity, frequency, context, and potential harm of the conduct when determining an appropriate response.

REPORTING ABUSE

Users who become aware of suspected fraud, account compromise, dangerous conduct, child-safety concerns, copyright infringement, or other serious misuse may report the issue through the applicable Vyral TV contact or reporting method.

Reports should include enough information to identify the account, content, activity, or issue involved.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Vyral TV may update this Acceptable Use Policy as its services, creator tools, security practices, technology, distribution relationships, or applicable requirements develop.
