CREATOR PAYOUT POLICY
This policy explains how eligible Vyral TV creator earnings are calculated for payout, when payouts may be issued, minimum payout requirements, adjustments, and creator payout responsibilities.

Eligible creator earnings may come from advertising, subscriber revenue, and other monetization programs offered by Vyral TV. Creator earnings are subject to eligibility, verification, applicable revenue-sharing terms, and this policy.
HOW CREATOR PAYOUTS WORK
Vyral TV may issue payouts to eligible creators for qualifying creator revenue generated through approved Vyral TV monetization programs.
A creator must satisfy applicable account, payment, verification, rights, policy, and monetization requirements before a payout is issued.
MONTHLY PAYOUTS
Vyral TV creator payouts are generally processed monthly for eligible earnings that have become payable and satisfy the minimum payout threshold.
Processing time may vary depending on payment providers, verification requirements, weekends, holidays, financial institutions, disputes, adjustments, or other processing factors.
$25 MINIMUM PAYOUT
A creator’s eligible payable balance generally must reach at least $25 before Vyral TV issues a payout.
If the eligible balance is below $25, the balance will generally roll forward toward a future payout period rather than being lost.
ADVERTISING REVENUE
For eligible advertising revenue under the current Vyral TV creator monetization structure:
Only eligible advertising revenue actually attributable to qualifying monetized activity is included in creator earnings.
SUBSCRIBER REVENUE
For eligible subscriber revenue allocated to a creator under the current Vyral TV monetization structure:
The method used to attribute or allocate eligible subscriber revenue may depend on the applicable subscription product, creator program, viewing activity, distribution arrangement, or monetization model.
FUTURE TIPS & DONATIONS
If Vyral TV enables an eligible creator tips or donations feature, the current planned revenue split is:
Any such program may be subject to payment-processing fees, chargebacks, refunds, taxes, eligibility rules, and additional terms disclosed when the feature becomes available.
NO FIXED PAYMENT PER VIEW
Vyral TV does not guarantee creators a fixed payment for each video view, stream, impression, or minute watched.
Creator earnings depend on eligible monetization revenue actually generated and attributable under the applicable monetization program.
WHAT IS NOT CREATOR REVENUE
Fees paid to Vyral TV for creator plans, channel setup, account services, promotional services, featured placement, or other Vyral TV products or services are Vyral TV revenue unless Vyral TV expressly identifies a particular amount as creator-shareable revenue.
Purchasing a creator plan does not create a creator revenue balance.
ELIGIBLE EARNINGS
Only revenue determined to be eligible under the applicable Vyral TV monetization program will be included in a creator’s payable balance.
Estimated or preliminary earnings may change before becoming payable because of validation, refunds, reversals, advertiser adjustments, payment disputes, invalid traffic, or other legitimate adjustments.
INVALID ACTIVITY
Revenue associated with fraudulent or invalid activity is not eligible creator revenue.
Examples may include:
- bot-generated viewing;
- fake impressions;
- click farms;
- automated advertising activity;
- fraudulent transactions;
- artificial subscriber activity;
- manipulated engagement; or
- other activity determined to be invalid.
Vyral TV may remove or adjust earnings associated with invalid activity.
REFUNDS, REVERSALS & CHARGEBACKS
Revenue may be adjusted when an underlying transaction is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, canceled, determined to be fraudulent, or otherwise becomes ineligible.
Adjustments may occur before or after preliminary creator earnings are displayed or calculated.
PAYOUT INFORMATION
Creators are responsible for providing complete and accurate payout information through the method designated by Vyral TV.
Incorrect or incomplete payout information may delay payment.
Creators should update payout information when their applicable payment details change.
IDENTITY & PAYMENT VERIFICATION
Vyral TV or its payment provider may require identity verification, payment verification, tax information, or other documentation before processing certain creator payouts.
Payouts may be delayed until required verification is completed.
TAXES
Creators are responsible for taxes applicable to their creator earnings unless applicable law requires Vyral TV or a payment provider to collect, report, deduct, or withhold an amount.
Vyral TV may request tax information or issue applicable tax documents when required.
Creators should consult their own qualified tax professional for advice concerning their individual tax obligations.
MINOR CREATORS
Payout arrangements involving a minor may require participation, authorization, information, or documentation from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult.
Additional requirements may apply depending on the creator’s age, location, applicable law, payment provider, and nature of the creator relationship.
COPYRIGHT & RIGHTS DISPUTES
Vyral TV may temporarily hold, adjust, or restrict monetization associated with content involved in a credible copyright, ownership, licensing, or other rights dispute while the matter is reviewed.
A creator must have the required rights to monetize submitted content.
ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Account suspension or termination does not make fraudulent, invalid, or otherwise ineligible activity payable.
Any eligible final balance remains subject to applicable minimum thresholds, adjustments, payment requirements, withholding obligations, disputes, and Vyral TV agreements.
PAYOUT HOLDS
Vyral TV may temporarily delay a payout when reasonably necessary to address:
- identity or payment verification;
- suspected fraud;
- invalid traffic;
- chargebacks or reversals;
- copyright or ownership disputes;
- account-security concerns;
- legal requirements; or
- other legitimate payout issues.
A payout hold does not necessarily mean that the creator has violated a Vyral TV policy.
PAYMENT PROVIDERS
Vyral TV may use third-party payment services to process creator payouts.
Payment providers may impose their own identity, account, transaction, geographic, processing, or compliance requirements.
Actual receipt of funds after Vyral TV initiates a payout may depend on the payment provider and creator’s financial institution.
CREATOR EARNINGS RECORDS
Where available, Vyral TV may provide creators with information about earnings, payouts, or monetization activity.
Displayed amounts may be preliminary until applicable revenue has been validated and finalized.
PAYOUT QUESTIONS
Creators who believe a payout contains an error should contact Vyral TV through the applicable creator support or contact method and provide enough information to identify the account, payout, and issue involved.
Vyral TV may request additional information to investigate the question.
NO GUARANTEE OF EARNINGS
Vyral TV does not guarantee any creator a particular amount of revenue, monthly payout, advertising income, subscriber income, sponsorship income, or other financial result.
Creator performance may vary based on audience activity, content, advertiser demand, subscriber activity, distribution, eligibility, and other factors.
RELATIONSHIP TO MONETIZATION TERMS
This Creator Payout Policy supplements the Vyral TV Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms.
If a specific monetization program or written agreement contains more specific payout provisions, those specific provisions may govern that program or arrangement.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Vyral TV may update this Creator Payout Policy as monetization programs, payment providers, creator services, or applicable requirements develop.
Material changes affecting creator earnings will be handled in accordance with applicable agreements and law.
The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.
