ACCOUNT & CHANNEL TERMINATION POLICY

SCOPE

This policy applies to Vyral TV creator accounts, creator channels, content-submission privileges, monetization access, promotional features, and other account-based Vyral TV services.

This policy should be read together with the Vyral TV Terms of Service and other agreements or policies applicable to the account, channel, or service involved.

TYPES OF ACCOUNT ACTION

Depending on the circumstances, Vyral TV may take one or more actions instead of immediately terminating an account.

POLICY VIOLATIONS

An account or channel may be subject to enforcement when its use violates applicable Vyral TV policies or agreements.

Relevant policies may include the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, Creator Code of Conduct, Copyright & DMCA Policy, Content Submission & Distribution Agreement, and Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms.

SEVERE VIOLATIONS

The appropriate response depends on the nature and circumstances of the conduct.

REPEATED VIOLATIONS

Repeated violations may result in increasingly serious account action.

A creator who repeatedly submits prohibited content, violates platform rules, abuses creator tools, or disregards prior enforcement notices may lose access to affected features or services.

COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Vyral TV may restrict or terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances involving repeat copyright infringement.

Copyright notices, counter-notifications, and repeat-infringement matters are also governed by the Vyral TV Copyright & DMCA Policy.

FRAUD & INVALID ACTIVITY

Accounts may be restricted or terminated for fraudulent activity, including manipulation of views, advertising impressions, transactions, payouts, subscribers, engagement, or other monetization-related activity.

Associated invalid earnings may also be adjusted or excluded under the Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms.

CHILD-SAFETY CONCERNS

Vyral TV may also take other actions required or permitted by applicable law.

SECURITY THREATS

Vyral TV may suspend or restrict an account when there is reason to believe the account has been compromised or is being used to attack, damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to Vyral TV systems or other users.

Temporary restrictions may be used while account ownership or security is investigated.

FALSE INFORMATION

Accounts may be subject to action when a user knowingly provides materially false information involving identity, ownership, content rights, billing, payouts, tax information, parent or guardian authorization, or other information important to the operation of Vyral TV services.

CONTENT REMOVAL DOES NOT ALWAYS TERMINATE AN ACCOUNT

Removal or rejection of one piece of content does not necessarily mean that a creator’s entire account or channel will be terminated.

Where appropriate, Vyral TV may address an issue at the individual content level rather than applying an account-wide restriction.

CHANNEL-SPECIFIC ACTION

If a creator operates multiple approved channels, Vyral TV may take action against a particular channel without necessarily terminating every other channel associated with the creator.

However, serious or account-wide violations may affect multiple channels or the creator account itself.

MONETIZATION SUSPENSION

Vyral TV may suspend or restrict monetization without necessarily removing all content or closing the creator account.

Monetization may be restricted while Vyral TV reviews suspected invalid activity, rights disputes, payment issues, policy violations, or other eligibility concerns.

CREATOR PAYOUTS AFTER RESTRICTION OR TERMINATION

Account suspension or termination does not automatically convert ineligible activity into payable creator revenue.

Eligible creator earnings, adjustments, minimum payout requirements, invalid activity, refunds, reversals, withholding requirements, and final payouts remain subject to the Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms and applicable law.

PAID CREATOR PLANS

Suspension or termination of an account because of a policy violation does not automatically create a right to a refund of creator plan fees or other fees already charged.

Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable checkout terms, Vyral TV Refund & Cancellation Policy, contractual requirements, and applicable law.

CREATOR-REQUESTED ACCOUNT CLOSURE

Creators may request closure of their creator account using the account or contact method provided by Vyral TV.

Before completing closure, Vyral TV may need to address pending billing, payout, rights, legal, security, or other account matters.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel obligations that by their nature or applicable agreement survive account closure.

CONTENT AFTER ACCOUNT CLOSURE

When an account or channel closes, Vyral TV may remove associated content from active distribution, subject to applicable agreements, technical processes, legal obligations, backup systems, third-party distribution processes, and other legitimate retention needs.

Removal from all third-party systems may not occur instantly.

DATA RETENTION

Account closure does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record associated with the account.

Vyral TV may retain information when reasonably necessary for legal compliance, financial records, fraud prevention, security, rights disputes, enforcement records, backups, or other legitimate purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

ACTIVE DISPUTES & CLAIMS

Vyral TV may preserve relevant information or temporarily restrict certain account actions while addressing copyright disputes, payment disputes, legal claims, fraud investigations, safety concerns, or other unresolved matters.

NOTICE OF ACCOUNT ACTION

Where appropriate, Vyral TV may provide notice explaining that an account, channel, content item, monetization feature, or other service has been restricted or terminated.

The amount of information provided may vary when disclosure could create security, safety, privacy, fraud-prevention, legal, or other legitimate concerns.

REQUESTING REVIEW

Submitting a review request does not guarantee that an enforcement decision will be reversed.

Vyral TV may request additional information necessary to evaluate the matter.

DO NOT EVADE ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

A user whose account has been suspended or terminated may not intentionally create or use another account primarily to evade an active Vyral TV enforcement action.

Attempts to circumvent restrictions may result in action against related accounts or channels where permitted by applicable agreements and law.

RESTORATION OF ACCESS

Temporary account or feature restrictions may be removed when the underlying issue has been resolved and Vyral TV determines that restoration is appropriate.

Restoration may be subject to additional verification, corrective action, updated information, or other reasonable requirements.

THIRD-PARTY DISTRIBUTION

Roku and other third-party distribution, payment, hosting, or streaming providers may independently restrict services or content under their own policies.

Vyral TV cannot guarantee restoration of content or access removed or restricted independently by a third-party provider.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Vyral TV may update this Account & Channel Termination Policy as its services, creator programs, enforcement processes, technology, or applicable requirements develop.

The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the current version.
