CREATOR CODE OF CONDUCT

WHO THIS CODE APPLIES TO

This Code applies to creators, channel operators, producers, representatives, and other people who submit or manage content through a Vyral TV creator account.

Creators must also comply with Vyral TV’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Submission & Distribution Agreement, Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms, and other applicable policies.

PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION

Creators must provide materially accurate information when creating an account, launching a channel, submitting content, providing payment or payout information, identifying content rights, or responding to Vyral TV requests.

Creators may not intentionally impersonate another creator or misrepresent their authority to manage content or a channel.

OWN OR CONTROL YOUR CONTENT RIGHTS

Creators may submit only content they own or are authorized to submit and distribute.

Creators are responsible for securing necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases for music, footage, photographs, performances, participants, locations, artwork, and other protected material.

RESPECT OTHER CREATORS

Creators should respect the work, accounts, channels, identities, and intellectual property of other creators.

Do not intentionally impersonate another creator for fraudulent purposes, steal another creator’s content, or falsely claim ownership of another person’s work.

PROTECT CHILDREN & TEENS

A minor’s creator activity must be handled in accordance with Vyral TV’s applicable parent or guardian requirements.

Creators may not exploit, sexualize, groom, abuse, endanger, or inappropriately expose minors.

Creators should avoid unnecessarily displaying sensitive personal information about minors.

FOLLOW CONTENT STANDARDS

All creator content must comply with Vyral TV’s Community Guidelines and applicable content requirements.

A paid creator plan does not exempt content from review or guarantee that a submission will be approved.

DO NOT MANIPULATE VIEWS OR ENGAGEMENT

Creators may not artificially manipulate views, watch time, advertising impressions, clicks, subscribers, engagement, or other platform metrics.

MONETIZATION INTEGRITY

Creators participating in monetization must follow the Creator Monetization & Revenue Terms.

Creators may not intentionally create fraudulent transactions, invalid advertising activity, fake engagement, or other deceptive activity designed to generate creator earnings.

Creator earnings may be adjusted when activity is determined to be invalid, fraudulent, reversed, refunded, or otherwise ineligible under applicable monetization terms.

SPONSORSHIPS & BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

Creators are responsible for making legally required disclosures when content includes paid endorsements, sponsorships, free products, affiliate relationships, or other material brand relationships.

Sponsored content must also comply with Vyral TV’s Advertising & Sponsorship Policy.

BE PROFESSIONAL WITH PARTNERS

Creators interacting with Vyral TV advertisers, sponsors, production partners, guests, collaborators, or other business partners should communicate professionally and provide accurate information regarding their participation.

Creators may not falsely represent themselves as employees, authorized representatives, or agents of Vyral TV.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

Creators are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect their account credentials and access information.

Do not knowingly provide unauthorized people with access to an account in a manner that compromises account security or violates Vyral TV requirements.

Creators should promptly address suspected unauthorized account access.

CHANNEL MANAGEMENT

Creators operating a Vyral TV channel are responsible for the content and information submitted through that channel and for authorized users who manage it on their behalf.

Each creator channel may be subject to its applicable plan, pricing, approval, content, and technical requirements.

THUMBNAILS, TITLES & METADATA

Creators should provide accurate titles, descriptions, categories, thumbnails, audience information, and other requested metadata.

Creators should not intentionally use materially misleading information to impersonate another creator, misrepresent the content, or manipulate viewers.

CONTENT RATINGS & AUDIENCE INFORMATION

Creators must provide accurate audience and content information when requested.

Creators should disclose significant mature themes, strong language, violence, sexual themes, frightening material, substance-related content, or other information relevant to audience suitability when required by the submission process.

Vyral TV may recategorize or relabel content when appropriate.

PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

Creators should respect the privacy of participants, collaborators, viewers, and other individuals.

Do not intentionally expose another person’s highly sensitive private information for malicious purposes or in violation of applicable law.

PAYMENTS & PAYOUT INFORMATION

Creators are responsible for providing accurate information needed to process eligible creator payouts.

Vyral TV may require identity, tax, payment, or other information before issuing certain payments where required by law or the applicable payment provider.

Creators should never submit false payout information or attempt to redirect another creator’s earnings.

NO GUARANTEED PERFORMANCE

Vyral TV does not guarantee that a creator will receive a specific number of views, subscribers, followers, advertising impressions, sponsorships, placements, or earnings.

Creators should not falsely represent Vyral TV plans or services as guaranteeing those results.

FEATURED & PROMOTIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

Creators may have access to optional promotional opportunities, including featured placements or priority consideration available through eligible Vyral TV services.

Promotional opportunities do not guarantee audience performance, engagement, subscribers, advertising revenue, or earnings.

COMMUNICATION WITH VYRAL TV

Creators should respond truthfully when Vyral TV requests information needed to review content, investigate rights concerns, resolve billing issues, process payouts, address safety matters, or administer creator services.

Submitting intentionally false documents or materially false information may result in account or content restrictions.

REPORTING PROBLEMS

Creators who encounter suspected account compromise, copyright issues, billing errors, safety concerns, or other significant platform problems should report the issue through the applicable Vyral TV contact method.

Reports should include enough information for Vyral TV to identify and investigate the issue.

POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Depending on the circumstances, violations of Vyral TV policies may result in warnings, requests for correction, content restrictions, demonetization, removal of content, suspension of features, limitations on submissions, or account suspension or termination.

The action taken may depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and context of the violation.

CHANGES TO THIS CODE

Vyral TV may update this Creator Code of Conduct as its creator programs, monetization systems, distribution platforms, technology, or applicable requirements develop.
